Returns and Refunds
Due to nature of these are electronic board/component, we are unable to offer any returns and refunds. Please troubleshoot your faulty tv properly before deciding on the parts/components you want to purchase. You need to understand that other existing boards could caused damage to the board you purchased.

All used boards we sell have tagged date/time of video recording and photo proving that it is in good working condition. Video will be provided upon customer request via Whataspp.

To be eligible for a return (only if your parcel arrived with damage packaging), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please contact us in advance, as we will process it through claims with the courior company.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
